All our products are backed by a warranty that includes comprehensive phone and e-mail technical and application support. In addition to supporting our own products we offer third party equipment services including long-term service contracts that include visits to your site and even training.

We have an on-site service department that specializes in EA and auto-sampler refurbishing and repair and usually with a rapid turn-around. If you use a Carlo Erba® or other elemental analyzer then we can help you keep it up and running well.
